What is Data Matrix and Project Management System?

Datamatrix and Project Management System is a web-based application that will help you to manage your project and at the same time your employees personal information and to quickly determine who is capable of doing a certain project and as for project management system it will show you an up to date information regarding the project that your personnel are working on. Unlike the traditional way of managing projects, using web-based Data Matrix System will help you to create a project, adding new tasks, and assigning tasks to your employees in an easy way as well as for managing your employees evaluation.

What are the different accounts and their roles that can access this system?

There are three (3) different accounts that can access the system, Superuser, Administrator and User. (1)Superuser has all the privilege to access the whole system, that is, adding new administrator account/s, employee accounts, manage all projects and tasks as well as employees evaluation. (2)Administrator account has the privilege to add new employee accounts, manage all projects and employee evaluation. The only difference between Superuser and Administrator accounts is that the Administrator cannot add new Administrator account and cannot evaluate himself/herself and the Superuser.(3)User account are those employees who are currently working on a project/s. They have the privilege to edit their default accounts, creating new tasks on a specific projects and also creating a report/comments on a task.

What are the benefits of using this system?

Using web-based Data Matrix System will benefits you in many ways such as:

1.Using this system, it will save time and effort in managing employee accounts. Includes here are adding new employee account and update existing employee account. When creating an employee account, an email will be send to the employee indicating his/her default username and password.

2.Easy in managing employees data sheet (employee information). Both Administrator and Employees have the privilege to edit their own employee information. All employees data sheet can be downloadable into a csv file format or can be printable into a MS document file, this is done only in Administrator and Superuser Accounts.

3.Using this system, it will help you to manage all your projects and tasks in an easy way. Both Superuser and Administrator have the privilege to access and manage all the projects that their employees are working on. This includes adding new projects, updating the start and due date of a project, assigning projects to the employees, adding new tasks for a specific project and also assigning tasks to the employees. They can also create a report or comments about a certain task and send them to those who are working on that task. As for the employees, they can also add new tasks on a project and assign it to his/her teammates. They can also create a report or comments about a certain task that can be received by his/her teammates via email.

4.Projects and tasks are monitored with ease.

5.Efficiently manage employee evaluations.

6.All data are stored in a secure database.

7.Administrators have the privilege to monitor user logs within the system.
